Qué ha cambiado en Staff Buddy

The back office, the staff app and the client portal are now available in five languages. Each person picks their language, and dates, times and amounts follow it. Staff get their notifications in their own language, whatever language the office works in.

Staff now choose how they hear about new shifts, changes and reminders: in the app, by SMS or by email. You set the defaults and which messages go out on each channel. Each staff profile and each event shows what was sent and whether it arrived.

Choose which documents your agency tracks and which are required. Licenses, alcohol and food handler certificates and work permits are checked automatically when staff upload them. Owners and admins get an email and a notification before a document expires, and staff with the right certificate come first on the staffing board.
